⊹ This activity will be conducted in Cantonese, supplemented with English. 此活動將會以廣東話進行,並輔以英文說明。

Fees 費用: HK$100 (The fee will be reimbursed upon confirmation of student attendance at the event. 如參加者準時出席活動,費用將會全數退回。)
Assembly Time 集合時間: 2:15pm | Dismissal Time 解散時間: 4:15pm
2:30 – 3:00 SHTM Campus Tour
3:00 – 4:00 Hotel ICON Tour
Assembly & Dismissal Point 集合及解散地點: Hung Hom MTR Station, Exit D1 紅磡港鐵站 D1出口
(Please arrive at the event venue/assembly point 15 minutes before the event start time. 參加者在活動時間前 15 分鐘於指定地點集合。)
*The final meeting and dismissal time and venue are subject to the confirmation email. 最終集合及解散的時間和地點,請以確認電郵為準。

Please bring along your ELA passport and water bottle. 請帶備ELA 通行證及足夠飲用水。
Important Notes:
1. Registrations for outings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota is reached.
2. If the activity is oversubscribed, that is the number of registrations exceeds the available quota, participants will be selected through drawing lots. All registrants will be notified of their selection status following the draw.
3. Unsuccessful registrants will be placed on a waitlist in sequential order. Once there are vacancies, they will be filled by waitlisted participants accordingly.
4. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email two weeks prior to the activity date. Upon receiving the confirmation, participants should settle the payment within 72 hours to secure the place. ASHK reserves the right to release the quota if participants fail to pay in time.

2. 如報名人數超出限額,將以抽籤方式決定參加者,所有已登記人士將於抽籤結果公布後獲個別通知。
3. 抽籤落選者將按順序列入輪候名單,如有名額釋出將依序遞補。
