Terms & Conditions

參與條款與細則

  1. ​Participants must bring and present their Access Passport whenever they attend the program activities. 

  2. Registration for each activity is mandatory and must be completed to participate.  

  3. Registrations for each activity will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota is reached. 

  4. If the activity is oversubscribed, that is the number of registrations exceeds the available quota, participants will be selected through a lot drawing. All registrants will be notified of their selection status following the draw. 

  5. Additional charges may apply for outing activities.  

  6. All activities confirmations are non-transferable. 

  7. Participants must present their confirmation email upon entry, either in digital or printed format. 

  8. If participants are unable to attend the registered event, please notify us at least three (3) days in advance. Penalty may occur if the participant has been absent TWICE (2) from the registered activity without notice. 

  9. Participants are required to submit on-day medical certificates if they are unable to attend the registered activity due to sickness. 

  10. By registering, parents or guardians agree to release the program organizers from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during program activities. 

  11. Participants may be photographed or recorded during activities. By signing up, parents grant permission for the use of these images for promotional purposes. 

  12. Parents must inform the program organizers of any medical conditions or allergies affecting their child. The program will adhere to all health and safety guidelines in place at the time. 

  13. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and property during the event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the activity. 

  14. In case of changes or cancellations to the activity due to adverse weather or other force majeure factors, ASHK reserves the right to make necessary adjustments or reschedule the event according to the actual circumstances. Participants will be notified of any relevant changes. 

  15. ASHK reserves the right to modify the program content and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

  16. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail. 

  1. 參加者必須於活動當日攜帶並出示有效通行證。   

  2. 所有活動須提前登記，未經登記者恕不接受參與。 

  3. 活動名額以先到先得方式分配，額滿即止。  

  4. 如報名人數超出限額，將以抽籤方式決定參加者，所有已登記人士將於抽籤結果公布後獲個別通知。 

  5. 外出活動或需額外支付費用，詳情請參閱相關活動頁面。 

  6. 活動名額不得轉讓予他人。 

  7. 參加者必須於入場時出示附有二維碼之活動確認電郵，以確認入場資格。 

  8. 如參加者無法出席活動，須至少於活動前三（3）天通知本中心取消登記，以便安排輪候者參與。如未有提前通知而缺席兩次（2），其後之活動登記資格或會被暫停。 

  9. 如因病缺席，須提交活動當日之有效醫療證明。 

  10. 家長或監護人一經替子女報名，即表示同意本中心及其職員於任何情況下，對活動期間因任何原因所引致之損失、傷害或意外，不承擔任何法律責任。 

  11. 活動期間，中心或會拍攝照片、錄影或錄音，作教育及推廣用途。所有相關版權均屬本中心所有。參加者或其家長／法定監護人一經報名，即表示同意使用其本人及／或其子女之肖像於上述用途。 

  12. 家長／監護人有責任向本中心如實申報參加者的健康狀況或過敏紀錄，本中心將遵循當時適用之衛生及安全指引作出安排。 

  13. 參加者在活動期間須尊重他人、工作人員及場地財產，並請遵從各工作人員指示。如有任何擾亂秩序或不當行為，本中心有權取消其參與資格。 

  14. 如遇惡劣天氣或其他不可抗力因素，本中心有權調整或改期活動，屆時將另行通知參加者。 

  15. 本中心保留隨時更改活動內容及本條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。 

  16. 中英文版本如有歧異，概以英文版本為準。
