Career Exposure: SPCA 職業探索 : 愛護動物協會

Join our special event in co-operation with SPCA (HK) to meet with its professionals and delve into the pet industry opportunities in Hong Kong! As the leading charity to promote animal welfare in Hong Kong, SPCA has been committed to deepen public understanding about animal protection as well as career development in Hong Kong.

In this 2.5 hour event, you’ll not only be able to know more about the career ladder of the pet industry in Hong Kong, but also meet with professionals like dog trainers and inspectorate to gain first-hand knowledge about their job, and visit the animal adoption center to know more about its arrangements. 快來參加我們與香港愛護動物協會（SPCA）合作舉辦的特別活動，親身與香港愛協的專業團隊會面，了解寵物行業在香港的發展吧 ！作為本地保護動物的主要慈善機構，香港愛協一直致力於普及公眾對於愛護動物以及相關行業發展的認知。

在這2.5小時的活動中，你不但能夠了解動物照顧行業在香港的職業階梯，並有機會與不同崗位的專業人員（如：狗隻訓練員、檢核部職員）交談，掌握於愛協工作的第一手資訊。此外，你亦可參觀領養中心，認識本地動物領養的流程與安排。如你對動物保護及相關職業感興趣，記得預留時間出席這個難得機會喇！

Fees 費用: HK$100 (The fee will be reimbursed upon confirmation of student attendance at the event. 如參加者準時出席活動，費用將會全數退回。)

Please note that it will be a one-hour shuttle-bus ride. Be prepared for the journey! 車程需時1小時。

Please bring along your ELA passport. If necessary, you can bring your own snacks, water bottle, and mosquito repellent. 請帶備ELA 通行證。因活動時間長, 子女可帶自備少許零食、足夠飲用水及驅蚊用品。

Important Notes:
1. Registrations for outings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota is reached.
2. If the activity is oversubscribed, that is the number of registrations exceeds the available quota, participants will be selected through drawing lots. All registrants will be notified of their selection status following the draw.
3. Unsuccessful registrants will be placed on a waitlist in sequential order. Once there are vacancies, they will be filled by waitlisted participants accordingly.
4. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email two weeks prior to the activity date. Upon receiving the confirmation, participants should settle the payment within 72 hours to secure the place. ASHK reserves the right to release the quota if participants fail to pay in time.

1. 活動名額以先到先得方式分配，額滿即止。
2. 如報名人數超出限額，將以抽籤方式決定參加者，所有已登記人士將於抽籤結果公布後獲個別通知。
3. 抽籤落選者將按順序列入輪候名單，如有名額釋出將依序遞補。
4. 成功報名者將於活動日兩週前收到確認電郵。 收到電郵後需於 72 小時內完成繳費以確認名額。若未按時繳費，本中心有權釋出該名額。
