Guided Tour at Print Art Contemporary: Print Art Exhibition 當代印藝導賞團：香港中文印藝展覽

專題展覽「細說從頭：鴨巴甸街的印藝傳奇」以 19 世紀位於中環鴨巴甸街 22 號嘅倫敦傳道會印字館（英華書院）為起點，由專人導賞帶你穿越時間、遊走里巷，追溯「香港字」嘅源流發展；最後返到鴨巴甸街 35 號元創方的「當代印藝」，見證新一代如何受中文活字這項非物質文化遺產啟發，創作出當代嘅視覺藝術同文學作品。

你仲可以參加手搖活版印藝體驗，遊走在字架之間，試用Adana手搖活版印刷機去印製精美紀念咭！想了解多啲香港歷史嘅你，記得唔好錯過喇！

Did you know that Hong Kong Island has a legendary history of Chinese print, as the origin of Hong Kong's Chinese type casting industry?

The themed exhibition “Through Time — Print Art in Aberdeen Street” takes you from the 19th century London Missionary Society's Printing Office (the Anglo-Chinese College, now Ying Wa College) at 22 Aberdeen Street to Print Art Contemporary's present collection today, showing how a new generation has been inspired by the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese movable type to create contemporary visual art and literary works.

Afterwards, you can also take part in a letterpress printing workshop and try your hand at printing beautiful commemorative cards yourself! If you are interested in Hong Kong's history, don't miss your chance at this experience!

Important Notes:
1. Registrations for this activity are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota is reached.
2. If the activity is oversubscribed, that is the number of registrations exceeds the available quota, participants will be selected through drawing lots. All registrants will be notified of their selection status following the draw.
3. Unsuccessful registrants will be placed on a waitlist in sequential order. Once there are vacancies, they will be filled by waitlisted participants accordingly.
4. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email two weeks prior to the activity date. Upon receiving the confirmation, participants should settle the payment within 72 hours to secure the place. ASHK reserves the right to release the quota if participants fail to pay in time.
